Sub Weekend Custodian

Position: Weekend custodian Site/location: Varies

• Based on Need Hours: Hours and Schedule will be based on building needs. The hours could be AM or PM. Other opportunities for additional hours may be available as needs arise. Starting Wage: $22.11 per hour Responsibilities: Perform general custodial and cleaning duties throughout school, activity center and stadium. Clean and maintain assigned school areas including classrooms, hallways, restrooms and common areas. Setup/takedown permits for private, athletic, school activity, community or special events. Monitor event and provide customer service to event/permit holder to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment throughout event for all visitors. Assist in securing the building during or at the end of shift.

Requirements

Dependable and responsible. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as following and taking direction. Understand and carry out both written and oral instructions. Maintain cooperative working relationships and harmony within the workplace. Properly executing cleaning practices, mix the right chemical for the task and working efficiently to get all the tasks completed.

Must be able to understand and speak English.
