Shift Coordinator - ACA | 2nd Shift

The Team Lead will monitor, organize and schedule the daily activities of associates and monitor product resources ensuring that customer and AFL specifications are met. In this role, the Lead will develop effective and efficient methods; maintain documentation throughout the process; assist with troubleshooting and correction of problems; and monitor workflow.

The Lead will be responsible for assisting management in leading, coaching, coordinating training, skill development, and reviewing documents/procedures of assigned associates.
