Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Opportunity at Columbia Healthcare Center 12-Hour Shifts | Day Shift |Every Other Weekend | No On-Call Certified Nursing Assistants play a vital role in fostering a warm and supportive environment where the resident’s well-being is prioritized. CNAs work alongside the nursing team to assist residents with daily care needs while providing companionship, reassurance and support.

In This Role: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and mobility. Help with lifting, positioning and transferring residents as needed. Observe residents and communicate changes or concerns to the nursing team. Provide companionship and reassurance to residents. Work with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care.

Help maintain a safe, respectful and comfortable environment for residents.

Requirements

Valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Indiana. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility. Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence. Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff.
