The therapist provides individual, family and group counseling sessions. Therapist will also be a part of the Mental Health IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program) team, which includes leading a weekly group therapy session and participation in weekly IOP team meetings. In conjunction with the treatment team, develops individualized treatment plans, monitors all clinical activities, makes recommendations for ongoing treatment along the continuum of care and develop guidelines for future treatment or discharge from the program.

Ensures compliance with quality patient care and regulatory compliance. Experience with patients of all ages, and substance use is desirable.
