Job Skills / Requirements Summit Building Services is looking for an Operations Support Specialist to oversee many of our daily operational needs. This includes administrative oversight of client communications and requests, coordinating between the General Manager, Clients, and Area Managers, and running daily reports.

This role also includes oversight of field operations including; new building startups, client meetings and walkthroughs, training, and coverage if necessary. This is position is 30-40 hours weekly on a varying schedule. You could be scheduled for work starting at 5pm, Monday-Saturday. The pay rate is $23.00 per hour and includes a mileage reimbursement.

You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation to get to and from work, and be able to a pass drug test and background check. If you have experience in housekeeping, environmental services, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services we encourage you to apply!

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate service activities for assigned buildings. Oversee and control supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications. Interact with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs. Provide support to Area Managers, Supervisors, and other personnel assigned to the buildings.

Responsible for directing work; addressing complaints, and resolving problems. All other duties as assigned.
