Our US headquarters is in the greater Philadelphia area, with production and bioprocessing facilities in Vancouver, BC, and Houston, TX.

The newly established Center for Bioprocessing (C4B), located at Levit Green in the Texas Medical Center, underscores our commitment to innovation and excellence in the biotech industry. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Event Marketing Specialist to join our Houston team.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in event planning, and drives end-to-end lead generation and management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in representing Sino Biological across regional and national trade shows, managing scientific partner relationships, and driving revenue growth through comprehensive lead collection, contact, and follow-up strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate logistics for regional and national events, including Bio. Connects, Lunch & Learns, and industry trade shows. Support on-site execution, including booth setup, registration tracking, and promotional material management. Travel (up to 50%) to regional, national, and international trade shows, conferences, and corporate events as a representative of Sino Biological.

Collect, track, organize, and manage leads gathered at events and trade shows. Drive timely initial contact and nurturing workflows, ensuring seamless handoffs to sales teams and accurate tracking within the CRM. Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), academic institutions, and relevant scientific associations to build brand credibility and foster long-term partnerships.

Partner closely with technical, sales, and operations teams to align event goals with product launches, sales pipelines, and broader marketing strategies. Manage event logistics budgets, evaluate event ROI, and maintain clean database records for all event-related leads and contacts.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences (e.g. Biology), or related fields. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical or business information clearly. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.

Must be based in or able to commute to Houston, TX.

Preferred Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in trade show execution, or field marketing. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hub. Spot, Zoom. Info). Why Join Us?
