Job Summary

the General Manager Assistant must be fluent in Mandarin; this position will provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist in the day-to-day operations of the business. Starting salary: $63,000 annual salary Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Responsibilities: Answering and directing phone calls and emails Managing calendars and scheduling appointments Preparing and distributing reports and presentations Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting Coordinating meetings and events Ordering and maintaining office supplies Performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager Skills: Fluent in Mandarin Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in administrative support Knowledge of basic accounting principles Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field 2+ years of experience in administrative support Knowledge of basic accounting principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Benefits: 401(k) & 401(k) matching Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Flexible Spending Account & Health Savings Account 80 hours of Paid Time Off, 40 hours of Sick Time Off, 12 paid holidays Parental leave, Referral Program, Gym Reimbursement Healthcare Arizona is a drug-free workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
