Civil & Structural Resident Technical Officer

Nursing Home Project along Dover Road Job Description: Assist Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job Manager Provide standing supervision as and when directed by the Consultant team. Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.

Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications. Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site. Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project. Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning. Maintain site records. Estimated commencement of work in end September 2026.

Job Requirements: ITE certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution. Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) with valid RTO Practising Certificate Minimum 5 years’ working experience as a Resident Technical Officer. Preferably with experiences in healthcare projects.
