Thrift Store Coordinator

The Thrift Store Coordinator is a dependable, mission-driven individual responsible for coordinating the daily operations of the thrift store in support of St. Mary's Healthcare's mission and community outreach efforts. This position works closely with volunteers, donors, customers and community partners to create a welcoming shopping experience while ensuring the store remains organized, financially responsible and reflective of our values of compassion, dignity and service. The successful candidate is highly organized, trustworthy and committed to fostering positive relationships with volunteers, customers and community members. The coordinator serves as a steward of donated goods and resources while helping the thrift store achieve its fundraising and community impact goals
