Customer Service Supervisor – Checkout New World Three Parks – Wānaka We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Supervisor to join our team and help lead the day-to-day operation of our Checkout, Lotto and Café areas. If you enjoy working with people, delivering great customer service and supporting a busy team, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role

Help oversee the day-to-day running of the Customer Service team Make sure our customers receive friendly, fast and efficient service Support, train and develop team members Maintain high standards of health, safety and food safety Ensure store procedures and legal requirements are followed Help keep our Checkout, Lotto and Café areas running smoothly About you At least 2 years’ experience in a customer-focused environment Liquor Licence Controller Qualification Manager’s Certificate Strong initiative and a positive, can-do attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team Reliable, organised and detail-oriented Hours & Pay $28–$30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Rostered hours, with a preference for afternoon/evening availability, generally between 1pm and 10pm Availability to work on weekends If you’re ready to take the next step in your customer service career and be part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you!
