Spa Supervisor--Full Time $15/hr

As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of a Spa Supervisor is to provide effective leadership and supervision to the Spa Department, ensuring the smooth operation of the spa. This role will involve overseeing the spa staff, training new and existing associates, reviewing inventory needs, coordinating group blocks, and ensuring that the highest spa standards are consistently met.

This role also plays a vital role in handling guest concerns in a professional and timely manner, finding appropriate solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ability to empathize with guests, actively listen to their feedback, and take swift action will contribute to creating a positive and memorable spa experience.
