💼 What You’ll Be Doing As a DSP, you’ll support adults with developmental disabilities in a home setting by helping them live independent, meaningful lives. Your day may include: Meal prep, grocery shopping, and medication reminders Attending appointments & community outings Encouraging social skills and engagement Assisting with personal care (when needed) Creating a safe, positive, and respectful environment ✨ Some days are routine.
