Draughtsman

Responsibilities

Prepare shop drawings based on the provided BOQ and ID reference drawings. Ensure timely submission of shop drawings in accordance with the target schedule. Update shop drawings after receiving feedback or comments. Prepare and submit shop drawings and related documents to DC for prompt delivery to the client/consultants.

Plan and issue shop drawings according to the project specifications. Maintain and update the change log register when there are modifications beyond the project scope. Prepare and submit a weekly productivity report to the Head of Department (HOD). To prepare shop drawing. To refer and understand the scope of work of the projects.

Regular updation of drawing register. Updation of drawings. To carry out the main drawing based on the specification by the Manager- Projects. Review the site details with Engineers/Managers-Projects/Architect. To provide related projects details to sales department based on the customer supplied drawings/details measured from the site.

To send drawings to the client for approval. Plan and issue the drawing as per requirement of Architect. Record all the drawings distribution in drawing control register.
