In-Home Caregiver

RVNAhealth is seeking Per Diem In-Home Caregiversto support clientsin and around Ridgefield, CT.

This position offers flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and the opportunity to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in a home setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Support clients in medication reminders, meal preparation, and mobility assistance.
• Maintain accurate care notes and communicate changes to the clinical team.
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and dignity in the home environment.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work on a per diem basis
• Must be able to stay on assignment in client's home for at least 3 months, Mon-Sun
• Valid driver's license and vehicle to travel to assignments
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Prior experience as a caregiver preferred but not required
• Must reside within or be able to commute to Fairfield County, CT.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $211.75 - $215.63 daily and represents RVNAhealth's commitment to pay transparency and is a reasonable estimate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final salary for this role will be determined based on careful consideration of a variety of factors, such as the candidate's exact location, experience, and expertise related to the qualifications.
