Director of Indies
Job description
Samba is a media intelligence company. We know what the world is watching, reading, and thinking about — in real time, at scale, across every screen. Our data exists with the consent of over a billion people, organized into the most complete picture of consumer attention ever built. The biggest brands in the world use that picture to make smarter decisions.
We think it’s the most interesting data asset on the planet, because it’s the most culturally relevant. Independent agencies are some of the sharpest, fastest-moving buyers in media — and one of Samba’s biggest growth opportunities. As our Director, Independent Agencies, you’ll own this segment end to end. It’s a true player-coach role: you’ll carry your own revenue target and close your own deals while hiring, coaching, and leading the team that scales the business.
You’ll define how Samba goes to market with independents — segmentation, prioritization, packaging, and pricing — and represent the segment as its senior voice, both internally and across the industry. If you want to build a business within a business, this is it.
