  • Support book launch logistics for the CEO's forthcoming memoir: shipping, event coordination, media scheduling
  • Assist with recruiting support: posting roles, scheduling interviews, reference checks (including household staff searches such as childcare)
  • Build and document repeatable processes so the operation runs without daily CEO input ## Who You Are - 4+ years supporting a C-level executive, founder, or business owner — small-business or founder-led environments strongly preferred over large corporate
  • Based in metro Atlanta with reliable personal transportation; comfortable being out in the field, not desk-bound

  • Comfortable working asynchronously across time zones (Atlanta ↔ Accra is a 4-hour difference) with high independence between check-ins
  • Discreet and trustworthy — you will handle confidential business, financial, and family matters; background check and references required
  • Bonus: experience in healthcare/behavioral health, familiarity with accreditation or compliance processes, or notary certification ## Compensation & Structure
  • Alternative structure available: contract-to-hire at $35–$40/hr for a 60–90-day trial period, 20- 30 hrs a week
