Machine Operator - RDM A Shift (Mon-Thurs 5AM-3:30PM)

Job Description: Job Description: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Load production files and prepare machines for operation according to instructions. Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment for daily production runs. Monitor machine performance and report any issues or irregularities to supervisors.

Perform basic visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment. Replenish materials and consumables needed for machine operation. Work collaboratively with other operators and team members to meet production targets. Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.

Document basic production data and support continuous improvement efforts. Performs other duties as assigned. Starting Rate: $23.10 with the opportunity for a higher starting rate based on relevant experience and qualifications. Essential Mental and Physical Functions: This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting.

Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, and repetitive motion throughout the shift Use of fine motor skills and visual acuity for inspecting components and operating machinery Ability to operate a computer, mouse, and basic input devices Must be able to respond to visual and auditory machine indicators Work Environment: Machine Operator I roles are performed in a production facility where safety, cleanliness, and efficiency are prioritized.
