Core duties and responsibilities: Generate and deliver invoices and accounts receivable statements to clients.

Ensure that time entries are complete prior to the start of billing cycles. Ensure that the firm’s billing processes are followed. Answer incoming questions from clients regarding open account balances and billing issues. Perform other duties as assigned. This critical role requires a teammate who: Has excellent customer service skills.

Position Requirements: 2-3 years billing experience Strong typing and data entry skills including 10-key Basic knowledge of Microsoft products including: Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience with time and billing systems Education: AA preferred $26 - $30 PER HOUR Qualifications:
