We’re looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians** who are motivated, customer-focused, and ready to grow with a winning team. Compensation & Benefits
$100,000-$200,000 average annual earnings** (performance-based)
- **Up to a $5,0000 sign on bonus **

What You’ll Do
Service residential HVAC systems throughout the Charleston metro area
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and clearly explain solutions to homeowners
Perform maintenance, repairs, and system cleaning
Ensure systems meet company standards and local/state codes
Work alongside and mentor HVAC Service Apprentices
Requirements
3+ year of HVAC experience** (residential preferred)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass background and pre-employment screenings
Strong customer service and communication skills
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Rotating weekends and on-call shifts
