Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Up to $3,750 Sign-on Bonus Based on Eligibility At the direction of a Registered Occupational Therapist, performs patient treatments as indicated by the treatment plan. Documents treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period.

Performs selected tests and measurements in consultation with the therapist; maintains documentation on all treatments; assures appropriate equipment performance prior to each use. Performs patient treatment as indicated by the treatment plan. Documents treatments given, including frequent and objective measurements. Works with neonatal through geriatric patients with clinical competency, as applicable.

Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Performs related duties as required Required: Education: Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant, Active U.S. military service members or veterans With any military service, training or education verified and credited by an accredited PA program is acceptable Licensure/Certification: State of Tennessee OTA License
