Supervisor, Men's Recovery (Permanent, Full-Time)

The Men’s Recovery Supervisor provides leadership for the daily operations of the Men’s Recovery Program and supervision of the Recovery Coaching Team. Working closely with the Recovery Manager, this role ensures high-quality, trauma-informed, person-centred care through effective staff supervision, coaching, scheduling, and program oversight with and best practice approaches aligned with ALR policies.
