Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

ABOUT OUR AGENCY: Our agency opened in 2018 and has grown into a team of seven who bring energy, professionalism, and strong customer focus to everything we do. I began my journey as an Agent Aspirant, which gave me a deep understanding of what it takes to build and lead a successful office. I’m a graduate of the University of South Alabama, a proud husband and father, and I enjoy golfing whenever I get the chance.

Family is important to me, and that sense of commitment and balance carries into how I lead the team. I stay active in the community as a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, serve on the Executive Board of the Eastern Shore Chamber, and am a member of the Spanish Fort Daphne Kiwanis Club. Being involved locally and giving back are priorities for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
