Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring all necessary information is collected Answer guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email with a smile Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally Assist with reservations and provide knowledgeable recommendations for local attractions and dining options Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area/lobby Assist with laundry Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements: Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure environment Proficiency in computer systems and reservation software Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends About Us Discover the beauty of Santa Fe, NM at BW Plus Inn of Santa Fe.
