Director, Field Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director, Field Operations based in the United States . The Director, Field Operations will lead the development and implementation of commercial field operations capabilities in preparation for a major pharmaceutical product launch.

This leadership role will translate commercial strategy into scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks that support high-performing customer-facing teams. You will oversee field infrastructure, territory management, CRM workflows, targeting deployment, incentive compensation, and performance reporting. Working across Commercial, Analytics, IT, Finance, Compliance, and other business functions, you will ensure seamless coordination and operational excellence.
