Service Account Executive - Anaheim

Control Air Enterprises LLC is seeking a driven, relationship-oriented, and results-focused Service Account Executive who is passionate about helping clients optimize the performance and reliability of their HVAC systems. The ideal candidate possesses strong sales, business development, and customer relationship management skills, along with a solid understanding of commercial HVAC services and preventative maintenance programs.

Drive preventative maintenance agreement sales and service growth. Generate HVAC preventative maintenance proposals using company software. Maintain and expand existing customer relationships. Develop strategic plans for key account growth and retention. Identify customer needs and recommend effective HVAC service solutions.

Conduct customer meetings, facility assessments, and presentations. Collaborate with Service Operations and Technical Teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers. Support customer retention and contract renewal efforts. Track sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts.

Participate in weekly and monthly sales and operations meetings. Maintain strong knowledge of HVAC systems, service offerings, and industry trends. Represent Control Air professionally in customer-facing situations. Support business development initiatives and market expansion efforts. Perform additional sales and account management responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience required. Previous HVAC service sales experience preferred. Strong business development and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Windows-based systems.

Ability to quickly learn company software platforms. [ Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Professional presentation and customer-facing skills. Local to the San Marcos service area preferred. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proven track record of achieving sales goals is a plus.

What Success Looks Like: Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals by generating new preventative maintenance agreements, service opportunities, and recurring revenue within the assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through proactive communication, responsiveness, and exceptional customer service.

Develop accurate and competitive HVAC service and preventative maintenance proposals that align with customer needs and operational objectives. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while expanding Control Air Enterprises LLC's presence throughout Orange County, Los Angeles County, and the Inland Empire.

Collaborate effectively with service operations, technicians, account support teams, and leadership to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction. Contribute to the continued growth of the Service Division through strong territory management, strategic account development, and a commitment to long-term customer partnerships.
