Studio Manager

Consol is a fast-growing national tanning brand with 58 studios across the UK (and more on the way), leading the industry in safe and responsible tanning. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Studio Manager to join our Truro studio. This position operates on a four-week rolling rota . The role offers £13.75 per hour, plus bonuses and uncapped commission.

Working Hours; Four-Week Rolling Rota This position follows a set four-week rolling rota, with shifts as follows: Week 1: Monday to Thursday, 10am–6pm Week 2: Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 10am–6pm; Saturday, 10am–5pm Week 3: Monday to Wednesday, 10am–6pm; Saturday, 10am–5pm Week 4: Monday to Thursday, 10am–6pm About the Role: We’re seeking a driven, confident and commercially minded Studio Manager.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of studio performance, people and standards, working closely with your Area Manager to ensure the studio's continued success and growth. Lead the day-to-day running of the studio Recruit, train and develop your studio team Drive sales, conversions and achievement of KPIs Deliver outstanding customer service at all times Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation Manage rotas, basic HR tasks and studio reporting Act as the main point of contact for operational issues What We Offer: £13.
