Assistant Site Manager

We are looking to strengthen our Construction team with an Assistant Site Manager based at sites across the Anglian Region. The role provides day-to-day leadership to site teams and subcontractors, coordinating multiple work activities while developing the skills and experience required to progress into a Site Manager position.

You will deputise for the Site Manager when required, and play a key role in driving performance, continuous improvement, and effective stakeholder management. What you’ll do Support Site Managers and operational teams to achieve project objectives. Assist in the planning and delivery of construction activities. Coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery.

Assist in the management and coordination of site resources. Promote a positive, collaborative and high-performing culture. Build positive relationships with project teams, promoting an inclusive and respectful working environment by encouraging collaboration and diverse perspectives.
