The Role We are currently seeking motivated and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendants to join our exceptional teams across a range of Crown's premium dining venues. As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll be a gracious and vibrant host, creating joyful moments through genuine care and connection.

Guided by Crown's 4Cs of Service Excellence: Be Courteous, Connect, Create and Care. In this role, you will provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as: Support the team in the day-to-day operations of the venue including food and beverage service, maintaining service areas and completing opening and closing duties Deliver exceptional customer service with guest experience and satisfaction at the forefront Adhere to RSA legislation and ensure OH&S policies and procedures are followed Key Selection Criteria: Hold full, unrestricted working rights in Australia Hold a current valid Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA) Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality environment Availability to work across a rotating roster including late nights, weekends and other peak periods Available to work across the Christmas and/or New Year period Well-groomed with professional presentation What We Offer Attractive hourly rates, including applicable weekend, overnight and public holiday penalties Complimentary meals while on shift Discounts across Crown restaurants, hotels and retail outlets Ongoing training, development and career progression opportunities within Crown Resorts The opportunity to work within one of Australia's most prestigious entertainment and hospitality destinations.
