Team Lead, Mortgage Underwriting

The Mortgage Underwriting Team Lead is responsible for underwriting all first and second mortgages within allocated approval authority while monitoring the mortgage pipeline to ensure timely loan decisions. This role provides leadership to underwriting staff, drives operational effectiveness, and maintains compliance with investor, regulatory, and credit union requirements through a hands-on approach.
