Data Architect

As a Data Architect, you will lead the design and evolution of Vancity’s cloud-native data ecosystem as our data and analytics platforms migrate to Azure. You will define secure, scalable, and compliant data architectures using Azure Databricks, Spark, Unity Catalog, and Purview, with a strong focus on enterprise data governance.

You will establish data standards, lineage, and metadata practices while designing reliable data pipelines and partnering across technical and business teams to embed consistent governance and architectural best practices.
