We are seeking a Home Care Program Assistant who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Home Care Department.
What you'll do:

Provide telephone coverage from Home Care staff as required
-
Review and correct data through consumer record system
-
Providing accurate reports as required by the department
-
Assist staff in tracking waivers and recipient choice forms as needed

Other duties as assigned
What you'll bring:

Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference.

High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree preferred

Minimum one year of relevant experience

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Excellent computer skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
