Position Summary

The role of a Field agent is to retrieve records/documents in a deadline-driven environment through document collection from the client and deliver them to government offices, businesses, and other locations based on their instructions. Establish a strong working relationship with clients. Inform the Supervisor of any problems while in the field. Deliver documents to our clients and other facilities as directed by dispatch. Picking up packages from the clients and other facilities as directed by dispatch and delivering packages to the recipient. Taking responsibility for high-value or confidential items Filling out paperwork about completed deliveries.

Working with dispatch to get to the right locations. Maintain high-level confidentiality with regards to all internal, external matters, and other material as deemed necessary Job Competencies Reliability and trustworthiness Punctuality, time management and a sense of urgency Strong communication skills Good customer service skills Clean driving record Ability to move and deliver the items to the recipient Strict adherence to safety rules, driving laws, scheduled routes, and other guidelines Strong organizational skills Travel 95% of travel is required for client pick-up and deliveries to various locations.

5% in the office Required Education and Experience High School graduate or GED equivalent Valid Driver’s license and clean driving record (3 points or less) Valid Auto Insurance – checked quarterly. Must pass a background check. Be willing to work overtime and over the weekends at times if needed. Schedule/Location: Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 4:00 pm Out in the field (Sacramento) Compensation and Benefits $22.
