Quantity Surveyor - Electrical

Key Responsibilities

Prepare quantity take-offs and cost estimates for electrical works Review drawings, specifications, and design changes Assist with Bill of Quantities (BoQ) preparation Support procurement and subcontractor management activities Monitor project progress, conduct site visits, and manage valuations and payments Maintain accurate project and commercial documentation Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or a related field At least 4 to 7 years of Quantity Surveying experience , preferably in construction projects with significant electrical works Strong knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and contract administration Proficient in MS Office and QS-related software Good communication and analytical skills Work Arrangement: Mondays
