ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I built my career in logistics and sales. As an external hire to the industry, I brought a fresh perspective, strong business experience, and a passion for building relationships and helping people succeed.

I attended Indiana University and come from a family business background, which taught me the value of hard work, accountability, and taking care of both customers and employees. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
