Responsibilities

Hearing Aid Package check-in/programming Distribute packages to satellite offices for upcoming appointments Document each step of the check in process in system Hearing aids received, not yet checked in/ready Hearing aids programmed/ready Hearing aids sent to another office Contact patients for repair pick-ups to determine the pickup Maintain hearing aid cabinet with all new orders and repairs Ensure programming supplies and repair rooms are well stocked.

Order clinical supplies, manufacturer supplies, batteries, and office supplies, as needed. Comply with all Infection Control policies Duties otherwise assigned Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and computer skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Friendly, personable demeanor Detail oriented Ability to multi-task A minimum experience of one year experience in the medical field is preferred but not required.
