The People & Culture Business Partner is a generalist with a specialized lens in development, leadership support, performance, engagement and wellness. This role serves as the primary parter for a portfolio of departments, helping both employees and leaders thrive in a culture grounded in accountability, equity, and inclusion.

This role focuses on strengthening leadership capability, navigating complex employee matters and translating feedback into meaningful action, ensuring that growth and learning are embedded in day-to-day work. By balancing empathy with impact, the Business Partner helps identify needs, address challenges, and embed values-based practices into everyday operations.
