Substitute/Seasonal Custodians (Part-Time)

The Consolidated School District of New Britain is accepting applications for Substitute and Seasonal Custodian positions. These are part-time , on-call/as-needed roles that support school facilities throughout the district. POSITION DETAILS Position Type: Substitute and/or Seasonal Schedule: On-call basis; work location may vary daily based on district needs Shifts Available: First Shift: 7:30 a.

m. - 4:00 p.m. Second Shift: 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. Prior custodial experience is preferred APPLICATION PROCESS Interested candidates must submit an online application for consideration. SALARY For the 2026-2027 school year, the pay rate is $18.94/hour.
