Patient Service Rep Dental

The Dental Patient Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for maintaining an efficient, professional, and welcoming front office environment. This role requires the ability to effectively multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and address patient needs with a positive, customer-focused attitude.

Key responsibilities include

patient check-in and check-out, collecting payments, answering and directing phone calls, making outbound calls to patients, and completing a variety of administrative tasks to support daily practice operations.
