Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide Moments Hospice Pay: $18 – $23 per hour Job Type: Full-time | Field-based Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Make Every Moment Matter At Moments Hospice, we believe every patient deserves comfort, dignity, and compassionate care in the final chapter of life. As a hospice CNA, you will provide the hands-on personal care that helps patients feel comfortable, clean, and cared for wherever they call home, whether that's a private residence, assisted living, or a care facility.

You'll work closely with a dedicated RN Case Manager as a valued member of our interdisciplinary care team, in a supportive setting with clear expectations and reasonable caseloads.
