Description Now Hiring: Residential Painters – 1099 Contractor Opportunities Company: Superior Contracting & Maintenance Division: Construction Services (CS) Side Location: Columbia, SC Superior Contracting & Maintenance is currently seeking experienced residential painters to join our contractor network for maintenance work orders and small residential projects within the Construction Services (CS) side.

About the Role

Contractors in this role will complete residential painting and surface preparation projects while maintaining quality workmanship, professionalism, and communication with project managers and clients.

Responsibilities
