Warehouse Assistant Manager

Perform all management tasks in the absence of the manager. Assists manager in planning and training. Also assists daily operations of assigned warehouse, outlet, and recycling center. Presents a professional image to set an example for staff. Plays an active role on management team. Will serve, at times, as “Supervisor in Charge” of entire facility.

Must ensure that Easter Seals-Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly enforced and followed. Cross-training required in all aspects of Goodwill.
