We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Setup Machinist to join our dynamic team on our 1st Shift Mon

• Fri 6AM - 3:30PM, Saturdays as needed from 6AM - 12:30PM. As a CNC Mill Setup Machinist, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality components that meet our rigorous standards. This position is essential to our commitment to innovation and excellence in manufacturing.

What you'll do

Edit programs and set up HAAS EC630 Horizontal CNC Mill to produce precision parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints to determine machining requirements. Perform quality checks using bore gauges, micrometers, and other measuring tools. Maintain tooling and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Collaborate with engineering teams to improve machining processes and product quality. Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling materials.

Qualifications

5+ years experience as a CNC Mill Setup Machinist. Experience operating CNC lathes Familiarity with Fanuc CNC controls Familiarity with Haas CNC controls 3+ years experience as a HORIZONTAL Mill Setup Machinist with 4 axis functions. Proficiency in G-Code, M-code, Fanuc controls and blueprint reading.
