Resident Care Coordinator- Nursing Supervisor

Lutheran Life Villages - Pine Valley is looking for an experienced Residential Care Coordinator (RCC) for our beautiful, skilled nursing facility in Fort Wayne (9802 Coldwater Road). This full-time position assists the Director of Nursing with developing, coordinating, monitoring, and collaborating all aspects of resident care and nursing policies/procedures, ensure residents receive needed care, and provides direct care to residents as needed. Some on-call duties required.
