Intake Coordinator

The Intake Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the delivery of an incoming referral of a patient to appropriate facilities in the Ease system. The Intake Coordinator assists in ensuring a quick disposition of the referral and appropriate aids in the evaluation of a facility for the admission. This position works as a liaison for both the facility and Resource Coordinators to adequately relay pertinent information to all parties involved.

The Intake Coordinator takes a more active role in the high-level functioning of the Admissions team, including data integrity maintenance and handling of company cross-referrals. This position reports to the National Director of Utilization Management.
