Learning & Development Specialist

The Employee Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist builds the learning infrastructure AFS needs to help employees grow, perform, and advance. This role designs practical, role-relevant development programs that strengthen employee capability, support internal mobility, improve onboarding and career progression, and equip managers to develop their teams.

AI-enabled tools will be used to increase speed, personalization, and scale. The primary objective of this role is to create learning experiences that help employees build the skills needed to achieve AFS’s business goals and see a future for themselves at the company.
