Where will you be working? Defence and adjacent markets

• We manage reactive and planned maintenance and upgrades on defence properties, airfields, military bases, ports, railway infrastructure and depots. We are looking for a Site Agent to manage our works across various clients, sectors and geographical locations. Our works include civil engineering, building, mechanical and electrical projects in Defence, Energy, Ports & Water. Experience in the delivery of National Grid projects would be beneficial for this post. The candidate will be open to working away from home when specific projects require this. Key Responsibilities

Responsible for day to day running of the site Preparing RAMS, permits and reviewing sub-contractors RAMS Managing project costs against tender allowance Raining commercial change control, where applicable with the client Detailed record keeping Project buying Week to week programme management Engineering Control Client interaction and local business development What you’ll bring A recognised construction training/ qualification SMSTS CSCS Card Holder What’s in it for you?
