GLAUCOMA SPECIALIST LOCATION: FORT MYERS AND NAPLES, FL | PRACTICE: CENTER FOR SIGHT / SOUTHWEST FLORIDA EYE CARE Center For Sight – Fort Myers/Naples and Southwest Florida Eye Care are seeking a full-time, fellowship-trained Glaucoma Specialist to join our growing team in Southwest Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for a glaucoma surgeon looking to build a high-volume medical and surgical practice while serving patients across two desirable markets within a collaborative, fully integrated OD/MD eye care network.

The physician will be supported by an experienced clinical team, advanced diagnostic technology, established referral relationships, and a strong network of ophthalmologists and optometrists. POSITION HIGHLIGHTS ESTABLISHED PRACTICE: Join a well-established, fast-growing, multi-specialty eye care practice. SURGICAL VOLUME & PROCEDURES: Significant opportunity to build a high-volume glaucoma and cataract surgical practice, with MIGS, i.

Dose, traditional glaucoma procedures, and cataract surgery. CLINICAL RESEARCH: Opportunity to participate in clinical trials and advanced glaucoma care. CLINICAL SUPPORT: Fully dedicated team of work-up technicians and diagnostic support. COLLABORATIVE NETWORK: Integrated network of ophthalmologists, optometrists and retina services across two desirable Southwest Florida markets.

COMPENSATION

$450k guaranteed base salary for first 2 years, plus production bonus.
