• Help customers in Spanish and English, at the counter and over the phone.
• Ask questions, listen carefully, and help customers find the right parts.
• Learn to look up parts, check inventory, prepare quotes, and process orders accurately.
• Work with our yard and warehouse teams to help orders move smoothly.
• Follow up with customers and follow through on your commitments.

• Fluent spoken and written Spanish and English.
• A genuine interest in cars and automotive parts.
• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new systems.
• Clear communication and comfort helping customers in person and by phone.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work on site in York. Previous automotive experience is welcome but not required. Experience in retail, restaurants, customer service, or other hands-on work can also be a strong foundation. • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) — Required
• Automotive knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
• Strong communication skills — phone skills are a must!
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to multitask and stay organized Bonus Points (Not Required):
• Experience with recycled, reman, or aftermarket parts
• Background in collision, mechanical repair, or heavy equipment
