At ISQe, you will… Support the administration of the Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS); Configure and maintain system settings and parameters; Manage stakeholders, acting as the main liaison between clients and ISQe; Provide client support, resolving queries, incidents, and functional requests related to Cornerstone; Deliver consultancy, guidance, and hands-on assistance to clients; Train and support end users; Gather business needs and requirements for project development; Support projects throughout their lifecycle, from consultancy and design through to implementation; Assist with change management initiatives related to new projects and system functionalities.
