Marketing Automation Specialist

Description

What you'll do

• Leading and planning the end-to-end CRM and Lifecycle strategy to increase customer engagement and retention
• Ongoing management and operation of the Marketing Automation system
• Building, managing, and optimizing Customer Journeys
• Building and managing audiences, segments, and triggers
• Analyzing campaign and customer journey performance, and generating insights for improvement
• Defining measurement and tracking requirements with Product and Development teams
• Serving as the connecting and synchronizing link between the Digital team and the Marketing, Product, Data, and Development teams
• Leveraging AI tools and advanced automation technologies to streamline ways of working and system operations

Requirements

• Experience in Marketing Automation, Digital Marketing, CRM, or Mar. Tech
• Experience building and managing Customer Journeys and marketing automation processes
• Experience working with GA4 and GTM
• Strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into effective customer journeys
• Technical orientation and ability to work with development and product teams
• Data analysis skills and ability to generate business insights
• Analytical thinking, independence, and strong learning ability
• Curiosity and strong technological affinity, with fast learning ability and use of current AI tools (for problem solving, writing queries, and automation)
• Strong leadership ability in cross-functional work with multiple levels and teams across the organization
• High level of English Significant advantage
• Experience working with Braze
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, and Liquid language
• Familiarity with BI tools and data analysis
• Experience in personalization and customer engagement
